Heat Only Blowing Out Vents

I havent gotten into it, and dont know how really but when I put heat on in my blazer i only really get air through the center two dash vents... I recently bought it and I think the vents all worked when I test drove it although I cant say for sure... I think the kid I bought it from may have reinstalled the stuff badly after he uninstalled his aftermarket radio and reinstalled the stock radio...

 

its a really nice truck and i love it but dont have alot of money for work and the local garage says it may be really expensive as they would have to pull the whole dash to replace a vent flap or something like that if that was found to be the problem....

 

anyone know a cheap way to get me good heat through the winter

 

heater core seems ok... so does thermostat.... so does blower motor
