Found this set on Ebay and am wondering if it is a good kit for the price? If they are a good set what bulb type should I go with in the fog light. Will hid's cause and problems to the lenses? Here is the link...

The old saying goes that you get what you pay for. That doesn't mean that this kit isn't good though. I notice other things in the ads that I look at. For example take a look at the horrible grammar and spelling mistakes throughout. This throws up a red flag for me to stay away. Either the merchant doesn't care to take the time to fix the ad, or he doesn't know there are any errors because he is in a foreign country. Either way, it says don't do business with him.

I would recommend spending a bit more and going with the 5202 kit from http://www.spencershids.com/

I have both his 5202 and H11 kits on my Sierra and they are EXCELLENT quality -- probably the best I've seen in an HID kit for their slim ballasts and Phillips-patent bulbs. Here's a pic of the ballast and wiring mounted on the backside of my front bumper for one of the fog lights:

Thanks for the info. This kit sounds WAY better then the one I found. I like that it is true plug and play. Do you have a pic of them on I could see. I know its a pic but I can get an idea of what they look like? Thanks

Here's the only pic I have uploaded with the lights on; I have yet to take pics at night. You'll see that both fogs and the passenger side low beam are installed, but the drivers low beam is still the stock bulb:

These are 6000k color temp.

Do the fogs light up the road area pretty well then? I think I will get these sometime soon.

Oh yeah, big time. I'll have to get out one of these nights and take some pics with them on.
