found out were my front end shake came from took off the wheels rolled the 1 wheel and inside the tire heard slide thud slide thud sounded like here is mud or ice frozen inside the tire any one ever heard of this?

Did you let out the air and have a look inside the tire ?

Have u ever put fix a flat gel in there? thats the only thing i can think of
