Need Help Please 4wd Broke

i have a 2002 duramax silerado 4wd 3/4 ton. When i start the truck in 2wd, everything is fine until i push the 4hi or 4lo button to put it in 4wd. The light on the 4wd selector starts bilinking and the service 4wd light comes on, the transfer case is engaging but not the front axle actuator, i have replaced the actuator but still same problem.

Check for power at the front axle actuator.
