Can't Install Leveling Kit, Need Help

I need some help, I dropped off my truck at the local off-road shop this morning, however they called and said that they cannot install a leveling kit on it correctly. For some reason they claim that the keys that they pulled off of my truck were identical to those in the leveling kit. I was also having an add a leaf added in the rear, and they claim that rear end is too big for the U-bolts That came with the add a leafs(the least of the problems). I have essentially a 1 ton rear end but does that affect the Torsion Keys? If so what are my options? I have a set of 285/70/17's that are mounted and waiting to be mounted, and they won't fit as it stands now. P.S. I have owned my truck from day 1, the existing keys are not aftermarket.

i had a one ton, all i did was crank the keys up, the one ton trucks have different bars and keys typically id suggest this http://www.suspensionmaxx.com/mm5/index2.html its an index-able key so you can lift your truck up, and if they cant manage to find a shop to make them ubolts id be worried about them installing anything... not to mention the fact that you may not even need longer ubolts for just an AAL.

All you should need are GM's green or white keys, as your 2500HD most likely came with GM's purple keys.

GM Part # ..... Cam angle ..... Color Code

15045171 ............ 4º ............ Purple (typically comes stock on HD trucks)

15657374 ............ 9º ............ Blue

15603963 ........... 12º ........... Orange

15592573 ........... 14º ........... Green (comes stock on non-HD 1500 series; typical upgrade for lifting a 2500)

15592574 ........... 18º ........... White

Thanks rugged, I guess I have no choice but to try the adjustable keys. Frustration is getting the best of me, I always go through this when ordering anything from rear diff gaskets, to shocks, etc. It seems that from now on I should just tell parts people that it is a 1 ton. I have even received wrong parts from the dealer, who cross referenced them to the VIN. And your right, I have lost all confidence in HMH Off-road ( our local off road shop) I think he was trying to install 1 ton keys in my truck, which for whatever reason, already has 1 ton keys in it, instead of buying after-market re-indexed keys. I just wish it wasn't 2 degrees outside, so that I could do this stuff in my driveway.
