Turn Singal?

When the lights are off turn singals work fine. when lites are on turn signal and running lights blink together. 2005 silverado.

When the lights are off turn singals work fine. when lites are on turn signal and running lights blink together. 2005 silverado.

 

This is normal the lights blink solid when the main headlights or running lights are off however when the headlights are on they go back and forth for the turn signal .
