Airconditioner Orifice Tube Location

We have a 1996 Chevrolet 3500 Dually with a 454 auto and Air. We are replacing the a/c compressor/accumulator/orfice metering tube and doing a pump down and recharge. I need assistance in locating where the orifice tube is installed in the A/C system. I have inspected the accumulator and compressor and refrigeration lines at the firewall but cannot locate the orifice tube? I am hoping that it is NOT under the dash contained within the evaporator. Can someone advise me on this issue? Thanks.

Look for the dimples in the line near the evap. Shouldn't be under dash. Those dimples hold the tube in place. If I remember right there are 3 equally spaced.

Should be in one of the lines on the evaporator.
