i'm just looking for the shift points with tow mode off and with it on....what speed/rpm/gear...thanks in advance, the checks in the mail

This is from a 2004 2500hd with a 6.0. You will at least be in the ball park.

if you want you can be freddy mercury and we could do under pressure at local bars ...but ive used my tow mode maybe once like like 2 years ago and i turned it on today just for shits, and it was climbing up above 2500 rpms in 1st(nothen but me in the truck) and i was curious on the normal shift points in tow mode for the 5.3 with the 3.42s in the rear

if you want you can be freddy mercury and we could do under pressure at local bars ...but ive used my tow mode maybe once like like 2 years ago and i turned it on today just for shits, and it was climbing up above 2500 rpms in 1st(nothen but me in the truck) and i was curious on the normal shift points in tow mode for the 5.3 with the 3.42s in the rear

 

It should shift at around 2800-3000 under light throttle...at around 35-40km/h...I have 3.42 gears too.

 

I use T/H mode whenever I'm driving like a dick...

The increased Line pressure is better for the trans.

I also don't think it will go into 4th if you have T/H selected...if it does it must be at high speeds...I've been to 120km/h and it was still in 3rd with light throttle.
