Rear Seat Question

How do you get the back seat to go up/tilt?

I see a knob back there and it moves a small cable on one side, but the seat does not move at all..

If its an extended cab with the bench seat in the back, look under the seat on the driver's side. Should be a lever there that will push to the outside of the truck which will give you tilt. Thats what it is on my truck at least.
