because that is how it goes when you find something you want, lol. Quick question thats offtopic, how did you get a combat action badge? Attached to a army unit? Several yrs ago I saw a airforce captain who was wearing a 1st ID combat patch at FT. Riley.

Yeah, I was attached to the 1ID and 101st on my first two deployments. The Army will award the CAB if we earn it while attached, but we can only wear the AFCAM (red with slanted yellow) on our uniform. Its a gay system.
