Stuck Fuel Gauge

I have a 97 GMC C1500. Last week I the service engine soon dash light came on and I hit a pothole and my fuel guage went all the way to the right and does not move at all. I got a couple of computer codes to change the MAF and Throttle body sensor as well. I changed the both of them and the MAP sensor as well. My fuel guage still stays to the right and now volt,oil pressure,temp and fuel guages are not reading right. My tach and speedo are not working right as well. I have a 6 cyl with a 4 speed tranny. Sometimes it shifts hard other times it shifts like it should with no jerking.

 

Anyone have any idea why? I have a KN high flow air filter as well. Everything was running ok until I hit that pothole one day. All my connections as far as I can tell are tight.
