Fuel Tank Evaporator Control

Got a 2006 Trailblazer and was told the change the Fuel Tank Evaporator Control. I have no idea where this part is on my trailblazer. I told them I was changing the water pump and they said I might as well do this also, so I am assuming it may be near that but I don't see anything like it yet.

Anybody have a clue where it goes?
