Cargo Management System Sliding Large Tool Box

Hey guys,

 

I have the large lockable sliding tool box for my truck. Anyone know how to change the code for the lock so I can use my new truck key for it, not my previous key.

You can get the new codable lock from your local gm dealer. I have purchased one for the same style box that I bought used. The lock cost about 25 bucks and it is very simple to intall. I don't have the part # but I will try to locate it. Now I am just looking for the sliding hardware which was not included with my box.

Part # is 19159307. I just bought a pair for $26 each (tax included) at my local dealer. Easy install. You do have to reuse some of the parts on the old lock, so don't chunk anything yet.
