Intermittent Driver Door Lock/window/mirror Switch

Okay...so ever since my driver door lock actuator starting acting weird, I've had a consistenly intermittent switch panel on the driver door. Sometimes the switches work, sometimes not, or they work in reverse. The lights for the rear window inhibit and power mirror adjustment light up, but flicker when the switches arent working (gives me a nice visual that i wont be able to roll my window down).

 

I've tried pulling and resetting the fuses, as well as disconnecting the battery for 30mins...

 

I'm open to suggestions, since I am out of warranty... if you have a part number or price thats a good start!

Also, when the switch is "acting up", I tell the mirrors to fold, the passenger will move but the driver side will remain static...

 

Maybe my VMax is possessed?????
