Heated/cooled Seat Problem

09 Sierra Denali. The heated or cooled seats do not work. The lights all turn on but im getting nothing. Is there any simple things to look for such as fuse or loose connection.

 

Thanks for your help. PS. Trucks been nothing but trouble from day one with little problems popping up daily. Worst truck ive owned. Only 10,000 km

Mine don't work either and my 2010 Denali is only a month old. Same deal - the lights go on but nothing happens. I can only assume they never worked. I brought it in to the dealer today and the said it needed a new 'module' what ever that is. After a whole day of work and replacing the module they still don't work. Now they say it may be a wiring problem, but they need another day to look at it.
