Wanted - Used Auto Diagnostic Scanner

I am hoping to pick up a used scanner for a good low price. If you have one you are not using anymore and would consider letting it go for a decent price let me know.

 

I am also interested in getting a chip for my 2003 Silverado to improve horsepower and mpg. If you have one that is great; if not if you can point me to a place that sales them for cheap i would be very grateful.
