P1518 Throttle Position Somthing

Ok so my motor is running excellent besides the once in a while the engine goes in to a safe mode ( which is cool by the way, wife proof. LOL ) ok so it has a code p1518 and it only comes when i step on the fuel pretty good then goes in to safe mode. O ya i cleaned the throttle body cause it was messy and im not a go back together dirty kinda guy. so HELP please

 

Do i have to relearn the throttle body?

 

If so how do i do that, or is that better to have gm do?

Well its a 2003 avelanche half ton. 5.3 automatic z71

and this morning it wont even run right, and keeps throwing this p1518 code.

i did clean with brake clean just to let all you know.

OK guys the admiting i did it wrong. i put a ground strap in the wrong place. the one that goes on the top passenger side of the block Awww that was easy and so many problem due to it

miss fire codes
