2007 Vortec Max

I have a 2007 vortec max with a rear tranfer case leak. 60,000km with first leak. GM are after puting 2-3 seals in and still leaking. Could not get a new tranfer case at time, so they talked me into a used one. 3 more seals later and still leaking oil on my drive way and now in the shop wating on another seal. This has been going on for a year now and I have been talking to GM Canada and all they have done for me is offered me $1500.00 towards a new truck.Any thoughts on how I should handel this problem. This should be covered under the powertrain warranty, correct? If that is the case, I'd make them fix it until it's right.

I would settle for nothing less than a brand new transfer case... just saying

It is covered under warenty, but they don't know how to fix the problem. In the mean time my drive way has spots of oil everyware & the cost of going back and forth for them to keep puting seals in and not fixing the problem.

If it's still leaking after 3 new seals, then there may be another issue. I'm assuming an output seal? If so, the shaft may be scored/scratched.
