2006 Gmc Air Conditioning Pumping Out Hot Air?

Hi,

 

I have a 2006 GMC 2500 Crew Cab, Duramax Diesel, Allison Transmission. It has dual zone air conditioning. When we turn the cold on it will blow cold fo a few minutes, then it starts to pump out warm/hot air on the driver's side only. If I stop and shut the truck off, it seems to reset itself and will pump out cool air some more. I had the a/c unit computer "reflashed" by the dealer, which helped for a few days. I cannot drive in the summer with hot air pumping at me.

I have the same problem with my 04 Tahoe, im interested in whats wrong too!
