Please help Im at a loss here. The other night I was out lights worked fine. A few hours later I got in truck started it and no lights... High beams work for lights work but no Drl or low beams even when i turn headlight switch on. Checked all relays fuses under the hood wiring as far as i can follow and bulbs all are good. Any ideas would be great Iv seen this issue on several forums but not a solution.

Thanks Dan

Wish I had an answer for you, but nothing yet. We dropped my mom's 07 Pontiac GP off at the dealer service dept Saturday for the same thing. Thought it might be the relay, but that doesn't seem to be it, ran out of time so gotta let the high dollar guys take a look. If you can sit tight til Monday, I'll let you know what the dealer says.

Bump.... Anyone have any suggestions

Allrighty here's what we've got...Dealer claims "loose filaments" in the bulbs. It makes me feel slightly less dumb that it took them 3 days to figure that out, but no more confident that this is the correct diagnosis. The issue was intermittent and it affected both bulbs when they failed or when we were able to get them to come on. Hitting the horn worked twice to turn the lights back on when they first started failing and a relay re-seat once, so we'll see if this is what the real problem was all along. So my advice - check the bulbs if you haven't already. Be interesting to see if that was your problem, too. Be even more interesting to see if that was our problem in the long run, as well

update! And the plot thickens! She just picked it up from the dealer, and watched the lights in the bumper of the car in front of her, and off they went after five minutes on the road. She says the brights don't work either now, where before they were. So back it goes later this week....

I Have a 2002 Yukon XL with the same problem. I have tried the relay, fuses, bulbs and still the low beams work sometimes and sometimes they don't. I read somewhere else that i might need to replace the dash switch? I am intrigued to know how the dealer fixed your problem.
