Oil Pressure Question

My 97 (5.7L) seems to running pretty low in my book.....

 

At start up ~60lbs

Once it warms up it runs ~20-30

 

Motor has 130,000 on it, but runs great....

 

Do I have an issue?

At what RPM?  A rule of thumb I have always followed was 20 pounds at idle +10 pounds per 1000 rpm as a minimum.

 

How many miles on your oil?

20-30 at idle fine, 20-30 at highway speed is on the low side.

I will check RPM on the way home tonight

Oil has ~1500 miles on it, changed every 3000

97Z71, something doesn't seem right there - just a thought you might want to check the oil sending unit (old term I still use    ).
