B0083 Code, Needs A Passenger Postition Sensor. Dealer Quoted $26

So I have a Service air bag code in my 2007 Escalade. I was wondering what it was the whole time so I brought it to the dealer today. They pulled a b0083 code and it turns out to be a position sensor. They wanted 160 for the part, and 100 for labor for a grand total of $260.

I found the part for 50 bucks on Gmpartsdirect....effing dealer markups, At least 5 times of what their cost is!...I have dirty things to say right now but rather not.

Is it easy installing these things? I have no idea where it is, if it is less than a 5 on a 1-10 level of difficulty, i will definetly try myself.

This seems to be the inflatable restraint seat position sensor. On my truck you have to remove the seat. The sensor is riveted to the seat adjuster track. You have to drill out the rivets to remove the sensor. The sensor is used to determine the proximity of a driver or passenger seat.
