Remote Start Bypass Keys

My wife has an Avitol model 4103 remote start....it was on her 06 jeep grand cherokee...and now they guy who installed it says he has to buy a new bypass key to transfer it over to her 09 journey....

 

Is this what hes buying I think i found it for $24.00???....
