Modify Rear Headrests?

Hello:

I just purchased a 2010 Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. I love the truck, but the design of the rear headrests bothers me -- they don't lock in place like the front headrests, and they don't go up high enough to offer whiplash protection to taller passengers. I would like to install/modify the headrests in the rear, with posts like up front, so they will go higher and lock in place. Any suggestions?

  I own a 2014 Silverado LT std cab, std bed. My only option to replace it is the work truck. I've spent some time on the GM build and price trying to figure out if I can get something I'd be happy with. I think I have. The only 2 things I'm seeing I can't get is remote start and power drivers seat. Looks i can get remote start after market. Any thoughts on this appreciated. Here's a pic of the build from GM's build site.

  The point is the purpose for the range on the dipstick is for expansion of the oil as it gets hot.

  Yea, not the reason. There is a nominal 1 quart/liter range on that stick. (Autos/light trucks) Some small metrics are a 1/2 liter. Gives a fella an idea how much to add. Your book should say something like, "Add when the level falls to the lower mark". Does in every one I've owned.
