2010 Sierra W/t Radio Upgrade

I have the factory AM/FM radio and want to upgrade to another factory radio with CD. I have GM P/N 25941919 and the dealer tried and could not program. He gave me another P/N 25942015. Others have said my first radio (25941919) should work. Any ideas?

EBAY, each radio is programmed to be identified with a specific VIN.

If its theft locked the dealer should be able to reflash it. Maybe bad dealer equipment? If it doesnt come on bad radio maybe ?

I comes on 'locked'. The dealer says he unlocked but would not work with speakers, RPO U1C. Anybody used techni-car.com?
