Lets See Your Paint Matching Splash Guards

Hi All

I had a request from a fellow member on this forum if I could start a new thread showing the genuine GM paint matching splash guards on my truck

Lets see everyone's

Now...my truck is "Carbon Black Metallic" (CBM) Beautiful color.

When I went to order my paint matching splash guards, I find out they are not available in CBM. They are available in "Onyx Black"

So, I took the chance and ordered the Onyx Black.

You really can't tell any difference unless you are 12" away.

I am happy with them and the fit perfect.

Thank you sir! They look fantastic.

I don't know if you already have this but you may want to have 3m protective vinyl film added to the metal part of your front bumper as well. It will greatly reduce rock chips and bug damage. The plastic top of the front bumper seems to do well without the protective film. I'm getting mine repainted soon due to chips and such.

You should also ask your dealer to move the balance weights to the inside of your wheels so they don't ruin the chrome on the outside. That's how I have mine and they balanced out perfectly. They'll use stick on weights on the inside of the wheel instead of the ones you have.

Sorry about all of the opinions of your truck. I bought mine used so I didn't get to do the preventative stuff on it until I got it.

She is a beauty!!

I don't quite know what you mean by this. What opinions do you mean?

I definitely plan to get the 3M film done on the front bumper.

And the wheel weights are on my list as well.

Here mine are on my 08 Victory Red VortecMax. I've had them on the truck about a year now.

Thanks. I have put a lot into it. I love your color. Too bad it was not an option in 08 when I got mine!!

I have ordered a 2015 red 2500HD crew cab LTZ longbed, and I ordered it with the body colored splash guards. But nobody seems to have very many pictures of actual trucks with them. I think they are the best kept secret. They look great and really enhance the look. Wish I could find more pictures of trucks with them.
