Cant Fuel Truck

i have an 06 silversdo 4.3 and i get gas to pump in the tank. its like the tank is full and the pump keeps clicking off. a guy was telling me that it a solenoid . would any one know what the part # is. can i get it at advance auto. thanks

I agree, it's either an evap solenoid or filter. Yes, you can get it at advance auto. The solenoid is on the front top of the intake under the display shield on the engine, it has two wires running to it and also a plastic pipe. It's tall and round. Or on ls series v8, that's where it's at, not sure about a 4.3.

The only reason you can't feel yours up fast enough is because you go right to burning rubber and it's all gone again.
