Silverado 1999 Front Window Leak

During a rain, my front window leaks and the floor board of the 1999 chev. silverado ext. cab fills up.

 

the back window leaks too but on the alternate side (passenger)

 

any ideas,

 

I don't see the water coming in but it is not a good smell after a rain

I also had a broken front window that I replace and the broken window was when the leak started and kept leaking after it was replaced.

 

Can i lift the leal and caulk under it all the way around the front?

Which glasses are you referring to? Windshield and back glass or ????????? Side windows????

 

Windshield and Back glass are installed different than side glass.

 

Back glass leaks can be confused with 3rd brake light leaks also......... Make sure your sealed off on the top and the lamp is not cracked anywhere.
