my 04 tahoe has been intermittently failing to respond when I push the gas pedal. It usually happens when starting from a stop by taking off like normall but after about 10' acts like you took your foot off the gas pedal. It will do it while driving sometimes as well. Also it just started flashing a message on the dash to service 4 wheel drive. It also turned on the 4 wheel drive low light all by itself but it wasnt in 4 wheel drive or low gear range. no check engine light so I assume no codes. the truck is my wifes and has been drove gently since new. It has about 70,000 miles. What does this sound like?
