Thinking About Getting A Tune

Well my truck just hit 112k and its kinda slowing down. It's an 05 Sierra with a Volant intake running royal purple oil, and I just recently got E3 spark plugs, new wires, and ran seafoam through the tank. It stil acts kinda gummed up. I just read something on another thread about aftermarket filter's oil getting on the MAF so I'm about to go clean that and see if it makes a difference, and I'm going to replace the trans filter too. The trucks just acts like its gummed up or something, revving a lot harder that it used to when taking off and towing the boat. I was thinking about a blackbear tune but I was wondering if I need to resolve these issues first or will the tune fix it?
