How To Re-calibrate Radio

I have a 2007 GM Canyon and when the radio is turn on the display is showing Cal. The radio works fine, but I don't know how long it will work. What do I need to do to eliminate this error?

Probably take a visit to the dealership to visit the tech2 machine.
