I know they say it's a coincedence, but that seems to happen a lot in the three number lottery games. Like, for our local one on halloween it was 666 and a few other weird "coincedences" like that.

Hey!!! the PA daily number was rigged within the last ten years. It came up a triple digit number. The lottery commision finally caught them due to a large payout, and some time in jail was the final conclusion.

Somehow some "weighted" balls were snuck into the machine.
