Radio Will Not Turn Off

I tried this topic a couple weeks ago and it was suggested that I take it to the dealer and get the PCM re flashed. They said there was nothing they could do and that is was not the pcm, but the radio. I disagree. The Radio will not shut off when the key is off and when you open the door. You have to manually power it down by pressing the power button. The preset stations also lose their tune after the truck sits for a few days. I never had a problem with it until the pcm needed to be replaced last year. Since then, I have had this problem. Any help, thank you!
