4 Wheel Parts Sucks

A couple weeks ago I purchased a CCM 2.5 leveling kit for my truck and took it to 4 Wheel Parts to have it installed because they said they would install it and align my truck for $225 out the door. That seemed to be a fair price thats why I took it there. It took them about 5 hours which was not really a big deal but when i got the truck back the alignment was WAY off. my steering wheel had to be turned quite a bit to the right for the truck to go straight. I took it back a few days later to have them re-do it and I waited about 2 hours to them to "fix" it. It was a little better after I left and decided I would drive it for a couple days that way I could drive it on all sorts of roads and yet still the same crap. I took it to a local alignment shop to have them do it because the idiots at 4 wheel parts couldnt do it right in 2 tries and the guy at the local shop said it was a horrible alignment. Needless to say it is now fixed the right way and not half-assed. I called the prick manager at 4 wheel parts and asked him about a refund since i gave them 2 opprotunities to fix the problem and couldnt do it and told him that they did a piss poor job which he claims "was not the case". finally got my $90 refund and will never do business with 4 Wheel Parts again.

Sorry to hear that, but I'm really not surprised. I've never personally used 4WP, but the reviews are mixed and leaning strongly toward the negative. For what it's worth a good front end shop will usually install a leveling kit and do an alignment for less than any truck mod business.
