Newbiew here looking for front grille

I've seen quite a few 1500's 2500's (Chevrolets) Silverados and Suburbans on the street lately w/this billet looking front grille and i'm wondering where i could get one of these?.. i'd prefer to buy online so if anyone has a link please feel free to post it.

 

I dont know if it completely replaces the factory piece of just is an insert over the stock one, it has horizontal lines running across. If anyone has any info on where to get it pls lmk.. thanks all
