Hello all

Stumbled across this site while searching for info on my truck:

2003 Yukon XL 1500 4wd.

I noticed my tires were cupping after about 25k miles. I rotate, align, balance and inflate on a regular basis. I thought it might be the shocks. Local mechanic agreed. So, off to Advantage Auto Parts I go. The first set the sold to me were the Sensa Track at $42. Got 'em home and found they were about 1/2 size of the ones on the vehicle (current back shocks are about the size of NFL running back's leg). Back to AAP. This time, they order the Light Truck Monroe Magnums. Larger than the Sensa Tracks but, still not correct. Now, they're telling me, the shocks needed for my truck are $325 a piece???!! Holy Crap, I snorted milk out my nose!

Anyone on here with similar truck? Same issue or, can a different shock be installed? (sooner the better...truck is jacked up in my garage and my friends are making fun of me for driving my wife's little import with a hamster motor)
