Denso Plugs/wires

Have been looking for new plugs/wires for my brother's '06 Z71 5.3L and I found some on Sparkplugs.com that are Denso brand for both the plugs and wires. My buddy says that they are pretty much the same thing as the AC plugs and wires that came on the truck from stock but are much less expensive. Anyone agree/disagree with this or use Denso plugs before?

NGK TR55 plugs with stock wires. NGK I believe makes AC plugs. Rock Auto is a good place to look.
