Heater Core Blocked

Just want to make sure that the heater core hoses are the two that are going into the pass. side of the firewall close to the top? Its a 2000 gmc sierra 2500, and what is the best way to flush it out. Water hose? Thanks for your help

Yes its the 2 hoses going into the firewall on the passenger side. Don't take the hoses off at the firewall though. Follow them down to the water pump and remove them there. Then just take a garden hose and flush water back and forth between the two till it runs clear for a while. Hook the hoses back up, top off with some coolant and give it a try.
