My 94 k1500 with a 4.3 runs and drives great (230,000) anyway it makes great hot heat but i have no airflow through any of my heat settings ( defrost, blend or vents all i have is just a small trickle of air coming through the vents regardless what i set the blower speed to or anything. Blower motor was replaced and works fine all the blend door actuators work fine i just cant figure why i have no air flow through my truck. Please help its 0 degrees here and its been a cold ride to work!!!!!!!!!!

There's a good chance that some little critters are hibernating in there. Might need to do some disassembling to investigate. Happens every winter around here too (MA).

The little bastards will pull any kind of textile they can find in there, blocking it up solid. I've found nests that needed 2 hands to remove. But usually it will smell .... especially if they've been in there for a while.

If the blower motor is easily accessible, it wouldn't hurt to pull that out & check that "squirell-cage" fan for chunks of nest.

My memory is not the greatest .... Can't recall if that model had the blower right there by the core ... or buried under the dash .... I'm pretty sure it's by the passengers feet, up under the dash. Remove it, & I'll bet you'll find something in there.

If your 100% sure all the ducts are clear, I'd check those blend doors out one more time. Could also be snow &/or ice blocking the intake screen ... or that made it's way down inside.

Where is the intake screen located????

If I remember right it was right at the base of the windshield, passenger side.
