You might want to try greasing it.

 

Also, check the nuts on the u-joint cap.  They should be torqued to about 25 ft. lbs. (I think)  Check for the official spec though.

When I was under there for my oil change I see they're are no grease fittings in the ujoints.

 

Not sure on the tourque though.

Had both joints on rear shaft replaced last week. $17.50 each plus $40.00 to install u-joints and balance shaft. Vibration at 60-70 miles per hour speeds are now gone. Out of warranty by 4 months that's the way my luck usually goes. But if the dealer had done it they would have just put in the joints and not balanced it so I'm probably better off in the long run. It would pop when you start to backup. Driveline shop said a couple of the cups in the front joint where dry. The new joints are greasable.
