Handhelf V Custom

ive been a member (and lurker) here for some time. i have done searches here and the gm fullsize forum but i dont feel like im finding the information i want. i used to own an 04 f-150 with 35's on it and i had superchips programmer on it. i ran it on the highest setting and was pleased with the power and the little bump in mpg that it gave me but it seems the trend these days is to do a custom tune. ive been researching the superchips and hypertech programmers as well as the blackbear custom tune. i do a lot of highway driving for work but i am also offroad a lot running around fields and up and down gravel roads. would it be a better investment to get a handheld programmer that i can tweak on occasion or go with the custom tune and just let it ride?

okay so ive been reading some more posts and it seems one big benefit of the blackbear tune is that it removes torque management. can someone please explain to me what this is referring to?

Yep and the EFIAutoCal you can store different tunes so on the highway you can have it perform differently then off road, just by plugging in and changing the tune. You just order it, plug it in and data log, upload to your computer and email to justin and he desings a tune and emails it to you.Plug in and load your tune to the Autoal then to your truck and go play. The other option is to do it at a meet...
