Subwoofers And Amp In 07 Sierra (new Body) Advice

Okay, I just got done installing a Pioneer Navigation Unit. So only thing left is a system. I already have a subwoofer box in my garage for two 12s, goes under the rear seat. I have a very good connection at Kicker who can get me anything at pretty much cost. I am wanting sound quality and a fair amount of thump in the truck. I DO plan to replace all the factory speakers since my truck does not have the Bose System in it. I have a kicker component amp at home that I can reuse, i dont remember the series but in my camaro it was AMAZING. So here are my questions.

 

1) What Subwoofer/ Amp combo would you use?

 

 

2)What speaker/amp combo would you use for the components?

 

 

 

3) Would you go ahead and put dynomat down or know any tricks to prevent rattling in the truck?

 

 

 

I plan on ordering my parts by the end of this month. Any help would be appreciated.
