I think these are chrome-over-plastic like the "chrome" wheels offered on new models with 20's.

yeah, that's what I'm afraid of but the place on Ebay says "real" so I'm going to call them today to see.

It says right on the page "Made of strong ABS material that matches perfectly with your grille" and even compares them to the chrome plastic cap on wheels. Don't know how they can be more clear that they are plastic. And on top of that, they attach to your existing caps with two sided tape.

 

Just noticed that you had two links there, looked like one to me. The ebay ones appear to be just like the HD end caps. The amazon ones are not.

well that's what I have on my truck. My question is the quality or just wait for a real bumper.
