2005 Tahoe Front Bumper Conversion

My fiancée bought a 2005 Chev Tahoe Z71 and wants to change the front bumper to the SS front bumper. My question is, what are all the parts needed for this conversion and does anyone know the part numbers? Oh, pics would be great if anyone has done this. Thanks

Are you refering to the Bumper from the 03 Silverado SS? I am sure there is an aftermarket replacement "Bumper Cover" that is similar to what you are looking for.
