2005 5.3l Intermitent Loud Tick/knock In Top End After Idling

I have a 2005 Seirra 5.3L that with 195,000 miles. It has an intermittent loud tick that sounds like a lifter. The tick usually starts if I crank the engine and let it idle for a few minutes. It also starts if I get on the interstate with motor cold and run a constant speed. It only last a few minutes once it starts. I checked the oil today and there was a decent amount air bubbles which makes me think that it could be an aeration issue in the oil pump. It only ticks about 1 out of 100 miles I drive.
