This mechanic friend of mine was a bit short with me the other day when I explained to him my truck was leaning. He is not a perfectionist like myself. Perhaps he's tired of listening to my questions. BUT, I have fixed the lean problem, and all the other problems (with help from the internet). So, screw you mechanic buddy.

I bought a used 07 chevy WT with 52K on it, I bought it because of the low miles. Soon after, I noticed all the little imperfections... driver's side lean of 1", very noticeable. Plus had a problem with fan speed for my A/C, the 5 wouldn't blow, but I've found this website really helpful. This website: http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f12/how-to-c...vy-lean-247314/ showed me how to correct the Chevy Lean, but I don't think it's the right way to fix it, and it puts tension on the front stabalizer and I could see those rubber grommets wearing out. What do you guys think??

Definately not something I would do to my vehicle. Thats gonna put a lot of stress on the swaybar links at all times.

Agreed... Would it not make more sense to crank the torsion bars a little to compensate and even out the ride height?

Recommended that you get a wheel alignment afterwards, though.
