Replacement Mirror Cover Passenger Side

Can someone give me some advise on what would work best? I believe someone stole my passenger side mirror housing caps on my vehicle. I was thinking about getting some one piece chrome replacement covers, but I pretty sure they wont stick since the outer housing is missing. I looked on ebay but wasn't lucky enough to find the outer housing part which comes in two pieces. Any suggestions?

Replace with oem? That's what I would do. I mean nothing is going to be theft proof. If it's a cost thing, contact your insurance company.

It is indeed 2 parts. If you're interested, I might have a mirror I would sell in the attic. Let me know if you're interested and I can look.

But otherwise you'll have to get the parts, and not just the chrome cover as they will have nothing to stick to
