Brakes Dragging

About a month ago I changed my rear pads and rotors, and bled them. They started to drag, bad on the left side. I put new calipers on and it went away until today while launching my boat. I had to sit on the ramp facing downhill for about 5 minutes with my foot on the brakes. They don't drag enough to stop movement, but they get too hot to touch after about 10-15 miles. It feel like both rear brakes are dragging equally. I know the hoses go bad, but what are the odds that both go bad at the same time? Could it be the master cylinder or booster? My pedal has been slow to come back up, but it comes up and the fronts don't get hot at all.

Yeah thats why I dont really go for trucks with rotors in the back, turns out they really arent needed, and people have plenty trouble with them as for your problem, you may want to try to turn all the rotors, unfortunately, and replace front pads also and see if that helps any, My bud had the same prob but on the opp. side so he had all rotors turned the changed the pads and bled all brakes according to the manual and seems to be working fine today.
