Front Brakes Are Squealing?

I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500. When ever I stop the front (i think) brake squeal like crazy. And i've also noticed that theres a pulsing like squeal when im driving around 30 to 50 Km/h, which i thinks from the rear drums. My question is...what is causing both of these issues, and what is the best stuff the replace it with? The brake pads and shoes look not to old.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
