I have noticed what seems to be CSK at start-up even now during the warm weather, it used to be only in winter. I am thinking could it be something else? It goes away after 20-30 seconds but why would it now be heard when it is warm out? Truck only has 85k on it.

right, but it never had the noise in the warm weather. my concern is if something like a rod bearing is getting worn out of tolerance.
